In der zweiten Runde der beliebten Weiterbildung haben Edwin und Arjan erneut das TOPOI-Modell erklärt. Dabei sind sie auf die theoretische Verortung des Modells eingegangen, und haben die ihm zugrunde liegenden Ansätzen in Bezug auf Kultur und kulturellen Unterschieden, Interkulturalität, Kommunikation, Ethik und Macht erläutert. 

Die anschließende Anwendung des Modells auf die Praxisbeispiele sowie den Einbezug interaktiver Übungen hat das ganze abgerundet.
