September 2021 COWORKING Together we are going to create an action plan including slides or a handout. We will work together to find out how to educate newcomers to Germany in the most inspiring and impactful way ONLINE. Together we will experiment with different exercises to see which ones would work well online and how we can adapt any face to face activities for the online learning space. We will brainstorm for ideas of what to include, how to share the knowledge, which coaching questions to ask etc and ideally we will leave the session with slides and /or a handout to brand and adapt to your clients or specialism to use yourself.
